 Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000

About the Role:
Skyline Products is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team and take the lead in managing the logistics of up to 30 tradeshows annually. This is a hands-on, operational role that sits at the intersection of marketing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Marketing Content and Events Manager, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and is attentive to details and deadlines.

Objectives of This Role:
  • Serve as the primary operational coordinator for all tradeshow and event activity throughout the year
  • Ensure all tradeshow materials, shipments, and logistics are executed on time and within budget
  • Support broader marketing objectives by maintaining brand consistency across all event presence
  • Continuously improve processes related to event preparation, inventory, and vendor management
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for up to 30 tradeshows per year, including scheduling logistics, staff registration, ordering booth services, and shipping timelines
  • Pack, organize, and prepare marketing materials and event supplies for each show; receive and inspect returned materials post-event
  • Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipping schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency
  • Maintain accurate inventory of tradeshow materials, branded collateral, and promotional items; identify and order replacements as needed
  • Track event-related expenses and assist with budget management, including processing invoices
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and other internal departments to align tradeshow goals and deliverables
  • Communicate event timelines, responsibilities, and updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain a master tradeshow calendar and provide regular status updates
Required Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, administration, project management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with budgeting and expense tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted (required for packing and shipping duties)
  • Must be available to work on-site at our Colorado Springs office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience coordinating tradeshows, conferences, or large-scale events
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Graphic design experience is a plus; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign) is highly desirable for supporting the creation and updating of marketing collateral and event materials
