Inside Sales & Customer Excellence Specialist

As an Inside Sales & Customer Excellence Specialist, you’ll be the critical link between our customers, sales managers, production, shipping, and accounting—guiding complex sales engagements from concept to completion. You’ll help build lasting relationships and deliver standout service that sets us apart.


What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with sales managers and customers to gather technical specs and craft compelling sales documentation.

  • Manage pre-bid and post-order documentation, including detailed product submittals.

  • Coordinate technician reports, expense tracking, and invoicing.

  • Cultivate customer relationships that build trust, encourage loyalty, and drive repeat business.

  • Qualify and pursue both warm and cold leads to fuel the sales pipeline.

  • Understand and clearly communicate the value of our gas sign products and services.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Support Outside Sales Teams with project coordination and account management.

  • Manage CRM: quotes, contacts, communications, and more.

  • Enter and maintain customer data across platforms like Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, Word, and NetSuite.

  • Provide essential support services including research, data entry, records management, and customer reporting.

  • Serve as a point of contact for order updates, status inquiries, and customer support.


What You Bring:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and CRM tools.

  • Impeccable organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, make smart decisions, and manage multiple priorities.

  • A customer-first attitude and consultative approach to problem solving.

Compensation:

$19.50 – $23.50 per hour (Based on experience)
