The Marketing Manager plays a key role in gaining a thorough technical understanding of the Skyline product line and crafting product messaging and marketing campaigns to support the success of our sales teams. This hands-on role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from concept development to delivery, while analyzing and reporting on their performance. Additionally, the role includes planning and executing strategies for trade shows and conferences across Skyline's three divisions.

Compensation for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 annually.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with product management, marketing, and sales enablement teams to promote existing products, introduce new offerings, and highlight key features and capabilities.
  • Develops compelling product messaging, positioning strategies, and use cases.
  • Creates and maintains a comprehensive suite of sales tools, including presentations, datasheets, cheat sheets, value prompters, and other materials.
  • Ensures the sales team can effectively communicate Skyline's product value and capabilities across various market segments.
  • Drives demand and adoption of our offerings
  • Builds customer relationships to develop references, case studies, and vocal champions
  • Serves as an internal expert, contributing to the creation of leadership and solution-based content for marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Plans, coordinates, and manages logistics for 15-25 trade events annually.
  • Measures and reports on the outcomes and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Oversees and updates content across all Skyline websites.
  • Establishes and maintains a digital video library for marketing and training purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of Product Marketing experience
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for tackling challenges and enhancing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving results.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and function effectively as a team player.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with hardware and/or SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing content with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing live and virtual events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
